4 brioche burger buns
4 beef patties (6–8 oz each) (Ground chuck 75/25 for the most flavor)
8 slices thick-cut smoked bacon - sprinkle with honey glaze for a little extra
1 cup Papa’s Original Pimento Cheese
Lettuce, tomato, red onion (optional on the final build)
Salt and black pepper to taste

Cook bacon until crisp and set aside. Sprinkle with some honey glaze and black pepper while hot.
Season patties with salt and pepper. Grill or sear to preferred doneness. (We prefer to cook burgers until the juices run clear - internal temp of 160 F)
During the final minute of cooking, top each patty with a generous scoop of Papa’s Original Pimento Cheese.
Allow it to soften and melt slightly.
Assemble on toasted brioche buns with bacon and toppings.
